Horizonworks Ltd is an Enterprise Management Consultancy based in the North East of England delivering business development services to a wide range of public and private sector clients across the UK.

We work directly with companies to help them innovate and succeed. We also work alongside regeneration and business support agencies, helping them to create the right environment to stimulate enterprise growth in their local areas.

Helping businesses to become more resilient and successful by identifying and overcoming the barriers to growth is at the heart of our approach. Our work can be delivered through bespoke consulting assignments, public sector assisted business support programmes or as a non-executive Director placement.

We aim to release the potential of the businesses we work with by supporting the personal development of the business “owner” and/or management teams, ensuring they have the skills they need to deliver the vision for their company. Our approach is tailored to each situation - developed by building strong relationships, a thorough understanding of the business and the aspirations of its stakeholders.

Our associates have extensive experience of selling high value solutions and services so we can draw on specialist expertise for large or complex contract tenders, especially those addressing public sector opportunities.

Horizonworks also undertakes assignments for Local Governments and business support agencies, developing and delivering projects to stimulate economic development and enterprise growth.

With increasing pressure on Government finances, business support programmes will need to deliver stronger outcomes, be more tailored to the priority needs of local companies and where possible become commercially sustainable. We are currently working with partners to develop new programmes that meet these requirements through new forms of delivery and joint venture partnerships.
